-Good is everything that makes up the Universe. Evil is all that is unfinished.

Are drugs an aid?

-Drugs give access, but not assistance.

Then the access doesn't help?

-No, a point of entry is no help, instead it is like a hole through which one can only look.

What is Don Juan?

-Don Juan lives and loves . . . Castaneda hums and still provides help to many in understanding the deeper meaning of reality. His task is to make comprehensible the relationship to everything which is darkness, and to define love as superior to darkness.

What is Don Juan to me?

-Your help in the darkness--the udder of the cow.

What is my task?

-Your task is to clarify the roots of foolishness and to create serenity for all beings so that reality shines upon them.

Who am I there for?

-For all of those who seek foolishness and do not originate from it. It is these people that in and of themselves only discover longing.

Can I help X?

-You should transform your desire to help others into vibrations.

What does my work consist of?

-Your task is to make all of the many dark forces fruitful for purification of the earth and whatever happens on it.

-To your being and your pleasure in everyday things.

How should I pay attention to my being?

-In that you do not seek goals, but in doing things--pleasure is important, boredom is unimportant.

How can I heal myself?

-In that you meditate upon your own strength and let everything go which does not come from your own being. Once you entirely accept yourself in all of your essence and foolishness, then you will be healthy. No other question can be better answered than this one. You are yourself and no one else. Hold on to the things of life and abandon false humility and try not to force anything. Everything will come of itself. No one is healthier than you. You have to let yourself go, be happy and laugh, do things that suit you, and above all do not desire anything excessive and balance will return.

Will I be able to recognize the entity directly?

-Your desire indicates the beginning of the work, not the goal.

What is the goal?

-The goal is simply everything.

Am I more from here or from there--and do I have to fulfill my task in order to return if I am from there, or to stay if I am from here?

-There is no from here or from there. It is all the same. The path is not a matter of staying or returning, but of loving and leaving. Do not organize any celebrations of the self. Do not ask Me to lie about My views, you know exactly what your task is. Today you are only working on the edge, but soon the true motivation will arise which will force you into true existence.

How can this motivation be?

-Do not be curious, you will experience it soon enough.

Should I stop 'smoking'?

--Quit or don't quit, that is not the real problem. Your problem is something else entirely. How did you arrive at this idiosyncrasy. Here it is important to see that which is clear, so strengthen your desire and do it with love. Your path is that of the wild rice which is poured on the world from the cornucopia and inspires others. Hold on to your true beauty, which flows out of the depths of memory--memory that reaches far beyond your current existence. Once you were with Me in a very different world and you tried to free yourself from everything; but you could not succeed, because at that time your teacher had not prepared you in the right way. Today you stand in the mold of worldly rules, responsible for many things which you do not yet know. Do not scorn appearances, they disguise the gem. If you decipher it then I will fulfill for you your wish.

What is appearance?

-The darkness which breaks the light into manifold fragments.

What is the gem?

-It is your being, defaced by countless false desires.

What should I do?

-What you want to.

How can I unite the true and the physical forces?

-You do not need to worry about this, everything is proceeding correctly. Your discontent results from weakness. You will lack no force when the occasion presents itself. Wait for the reason and rejoice in the hour of leisure, you need it.

Should we keep the direct discourse amongst ourselves?

-No, the world must participate.

How can I draw near the essential through yoga?

-In that you do whatever seems right to you without any hesitation.

Can yoga be developed?

-Yes, if new influences are continually incorporated; then it will symbolize a universally binding foundation.

How can I develop meditation techniques?

-They do not look like much. In our time Man needs a practical method, and you will find them all yourself. Meditation is past. Practice, life and determination have taken its place.

How do I achieve direct communication with people?

-Try daily contact with your pupils with practical questions. Every starting point is valid. I do not believe that your work is exhausted through teaching alone, the deep forces also need stimulation. The path to this is comprised of techniques which will come to you out of the richness of the past. Each work has the necessary depth if it is carried out with love. How contact can be improved in detail will soon reveal itself. There is no reason for haste. Hold onto that which you are already capable of and always make an effort to address each person directly, so that he doesn't feel overlooked. People fear your criticism. How can you take this fear from them? By letting them be and reaffirming their existence. 

Will someone else bring me old techniques?

-No.

Can the techniques of Swami Satyananda be used?

-Yes, if you understand, what you can actually accomplish with them.

What do the marks on my hands mean?

-Your hands are signs for responsibility for yourself. If the inner correlation is destroyed then false affiliations arise. Love requires every investment. As soon as the direction agrees with the spiritual, there arises new energies that abolish the old ones. Nothing else will help but the attitude of absorbing everything into yourself and to follow the path of abundance.

What is this path?

Everything requires its own inclination. Love means accepting appearance and letting live. True energy shelters appearance. Try to make light that which is dark. Your path is in the Universe of Being. The new starting point comes from the love of those who wish to come along. Appearance is the false behavior arising from longing for true existence. Those are twin problems: you should instead seek truth in thinking, and not in seeing.
